This wine tasting experience will be an introduction to French organic/ biodynamic wines from some of the most acclaimed French wineries!

Food served will be light canapes that will complement the wine tasting.

Etienne de Montille (Burgundy), Thierry Germain from Domaine des Roches Neuves (Loire), Valentin Zusslin (Alsace), Léon Barral (Languedoc) are the benchmark wineries in their region. They manage to reveal the soul of their "terroirs", thanks to maximal care in the vines and in the cellar.

Ms. Stephanie Rigourd, Sommelier at Vintage
The wines will be poured and explained by the Vintage team, including Ms. Stephanie Rigourd. She is the Sommelier at Vintage and was the former Head Sommelier at Raffles Hotel Singapore.

Mr. Gilles Herr, Co-founder of Vintage
You will also get to hear from the Co-founder of Vintage, Mr. Gilles Herr, on how he ventured into the wine industry after completing his ESSEC education and how it has benefited him in his career journey.

Mr. Gilles Herr graduated from ESSEC in 2003. After four years on the Corporate side, he started to launch his own businesses from 2007. He launched 3 wine bars in Paris together with ESSEC classmates, directed a wine estate and teamed to found Vintage in 2013 in Singapore. Today, Vintage is a trusted source for French wine for private customers, hotels and corporate in Singapore (with a SGD7 million turnover) and more recently in Hong Kong.
