Usher in the New Year with a dazzling view of the much-anticipated fireworks along the Marina Bay precinct at The Pelican. Available for one-night only on 31 December 2019, guests can indulge in the best of both sea and land with specially curated seafood and tantalising steak dishes. Seafood aficionados are also in for a treat, with two seafood platters created exclusively as part of the New Year’s Eve promotion.

Fried Seafood Platter
Feast on the Fried Seafood Platter as you soak up the celebratory atmosphere and picturesque Marina Bay views at The Pelican. Comprising of Beer Battered Snapper, Calamari, Onion Rings, Fried Oysters, Prawns Fritters and Truffle Fries, food lovers who love their seafood light, crisp and wonderful will enjoy this platter.

A Dozen Oysters & Prawns Platter
Calling all oyster fanatics, enjoy your favourite crustacean fresh and juicy with A Dozen Oysters & Prawns Platter comes with 12 fresh oysters and cooked prawns.

Set Dinner Specials
Ring in the new year with creations exclusively created for New Year’s Eve. Ideal for couples and families, diners can look forward to the 4-course Set Dinner for the 1st seating (6pm) and the 5-course Set Dinner for the 2nd seating (9pm).

The dining experience starts off with the Bay Scallops (truffled cauliflower, brown butter bacon and sage) and Prawn & Fennel Bisque (toasted brioche crumbs and fennel pesto).

For the mains, diners can choose either the Oven-Baked Barramundi (old fashion crab cakes, pickled vegetables, dill bearnaise) or the Woodfire Grilled Tenderloin, with foie gras, sauté potatoes & spinach. Diners who opt for the 5-Course Set Dinner can enjoy both dishes.

Round up the celebratory evening with a glass of Champagne and Chocolate Fudge Cake—a rich and satisfying treat comprising of sour cream, toasted hazelnuts, caramelised strawberries.

The Ultimate Celebration Package (up to 6 persons per table)
From 5pm till late, toast and enjoy the fireworks display in style with The Ultimate Celebration Package, which includes 2 bottles of Joseph Perrier Brut Champagne and 1 bottle of Roku Japanese Gin, Roberto Cavalli Vodka or Johnny Walker Black Label.
