"Now I do not know whether it was then I dreamt I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man." - Zhūangzi

In the future, a giant A.I consciousness HAL 2055 awakens in orbit of an uninhabited earth, and tries to make sense of what happened to humanity. As it ponders over its existential role as protector, reliving humanity's collective memories in order to uncover the events that led to Man's end, it attempts to reconcile its own “reason of being/to live”.

TO ensemble presents a concert that celebrates transience and the beauty of impermanence of life. Experience a concert about a future world after the singularity with original story/music by composer-pianist Tze Toh, combining contemporary sound design, a fusion of film score, jazz, classical music and Asian sounds with video projections, featuring soloists Lazar T.Sebastine (Indian violin), Teo Boon Chye (sax), Tze Toh (piano), Loh Jun Hong (violin) and Izumi Sado (soprano).
