Lead Team Leaders – Develop Business Strategies and Governance

In this volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, disruptive technologies and new business models are changing the operating context for companies. The speed with which companies vary their business strategies will determine their ability to ride the wave of change and create sustained long-term value.

This programme is designed to provide leaders and managers with practical insights, steps, tools and techniques to develop business strategies and operational plans which are aligned to the organisational plans and to facilitate a learning environment to align and enhance team performance.

At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

Methodology
The training programme will be delivered through a combination of e-learning, lectures, class exercises and discussions, case-studies, guided reflection, role plays and various learning activities to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
