Tone up your body fast led by professional trainers, Quick HIIT features short bursts of high-intensity exercise that build muscle and burn calories in minimum time. These group exercises combine a variety of total body workouts, from traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercise to interval training and strength training.
Work your core, upper and lower body muscle to improve your aerobic threshold for a higher fitness level, increase energy expenditure for weight loss.
Duration: 60 minutes

Step 1: Download the Healthy 365 app.
Step 2: Tap on “Nearby”, follow by “Filter” to select Activities @ HWE
Step 3: Register and attend the activity
Walk-in registrations are also available on the day of the event. However, you would still be required to use Healthy 365 app to mark your attendance.
Parking is available at the SCCC.
Parking fee: $3.50 per entry (Mon–Fri after 5pm, Sat & Sun whole day)
