Back by popular demand, Syun presents its gourmet Unagi Rice Dumpling. Featuring grilled Japanese unagi, this umami packed dumpling is a tasty parcel of sticky rice, Shitake mushrooms and Sakura-ebi that is seasoned with shiro goma and refreshing citrusy sanshio kinome. Seafood lovers will root for this unusual and delectable Japanese-inspired rice dumpling, sure to make a bold statement at the dining table.

Perfect for vegetarians, Tangerine's Kao Niew Ping is an inventive interpretation of the traditional Thai street dessert by Singapore's first celebrity chef helmed farm-to-table restaurant. Antioxidant rich purple sweet potatoes and comforting coconut milk infused Thai sticky rice is wrapped in banana leaf and grilled, offering the perfect sweet ending to a dumpling feast fit for a king.
