Organisations are facing unprecedented pressure to transform and to deliver results, amidst an uncertain business environment of changing markets, evolving customer demands, increasing regulation and compliance requirements, growing competition globally and severe threats from technological disruptors.

Organisational success is therefore, how nimble the organisation is to adapt to these market forces and in the process, acquire critical capability which allows it to move ahead to achieve the desired business outcome. The acquisition of critical capability hinges highly on the ability of all teams across the organisation to learn quickly as a baseline, which is in turn dependent on the productivity of learning activities, as well as the strength of learning culture in teams.

It is therefore, crucial for leaders and managers to inculcate such a workplace environment and empower their team leaders with critical competencies to build high performing and adaptive teams.

This programme is designed to provide leaders and managers with practical insights, steps, tools and techniques to identify their team leaders’ skills requirements which are aligned to the organisational plans and their scope of work; facilitate their learning opportunities to enhance team performance; and to coach them for skills mastery.
