Over the past 10 years, Lee Lee has helped many foreign companies from the US, Europe, and Asia (including Singapore) understand China’s complex and dynamic business environment, offering them solutions to overcome their local challenges. Apart from her rich experience in the software & IT, education, healthcare, infrastructure, industrial and consumer markets, Lee Lee is also well versed in PRC GAAP, IFRS, US GAAP/SOX and regulations relating to doing business in China.

Mr. Mars Yu graduated from the Singapore Accountancy Academy and is a qualified ACCA member. He was previously an auditor from Deloitte and was involved in overseas IPO including Shanghai Nokia Bell (annual communication report between EU and USA), United Power Technology Group (Germany IPO), Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited (HK IPO), Topbi (Taiwan IPO), Chengchang Shoes (Taiwan IPO) and Changsu (Taiwan IPO.). In addition, Mars is also highly experienced in providing consultation services and due diligence such as domestic and overseas financing, due diligence investigation for A-share listed company’s overseas acquisition as well as due diligence to a number of manufacturing companies.
