Thai Celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai who helms Resorts World Sentosa’s Tangerine will be collaborating with Chef Thitid Tassanakajohn (Ton) from Le Du in Bangkok (1 Star Michelin Restaurant & Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2019) to present a sensory 6-course lunch and dinner menu at Tangerine. This special collaboration is part of 100Gourmet, a curated dining platform powered by Hungrygowhere and Singtel. With Tangerine’s farm-to-table concept and Le Du’s focus on Thai ingredients, the four-hands menu will feature exquisite contemporary creations prepared with plenty of regional produce.
Dishes to look out for include Chef Kittichai’s Seared scallops with fresh herbs from Tangerine’s garden, cashew nut milk-pepper dressing, his interpretation of the classic Northern Thai curry—slow cooked “Hunglay” Iberico pork with tamarind and Thai pickled garlic, and Chef Ton’s Cured Fluke served with avocado, green mango and ginger that is inspired by the Thai people’s favourite “nam jin seafood” green sauce.
