Known for its innovative concoctions, the team at Operation Dagger worked closely with the folks at Seedlip to develop a unique menu utilizing the latter’s non-alcoholic spirits such as the aromatic, citrusy, and spicy Spice 94, and the Garden 108, a herbaceous distillate with floral accents.

Guests can look forward to non-alcoholic concoctions such as the Gomashio, a refreshing mix of Garden 108 with toasted sesame, cucumber and ginger, or The Egg - Spice 94 artfully combined with cured egg yolk and vanilla, served in a jar with smoked hay and star anise for a full bodied aroma.

The exclusive two-day menu also features low-ABV drinks options including the Snow, a velvety mix of Spice 94 with genmaicha, yoghurt, and yuzu, and served with white chocolate balls, or the aromatic Fig Leaf featuring jasmine, mandarin vinegar, and of course, fig leaf.
