A 60-min session focused on improving the body’s alignment, posture, flexibility, muscle control, balance and endurance. Consisting of a sequence of beginner’s and intermediate Pilates exercises, the class centers around building strong core muscles—the abdominal and back muscles that support the spine. This is a non-impact session which integrates concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Benefits include achieving efficiency of movement, mobility and enhanced concentration through conditioning the body from the inside out.
Dresscode:
Comfortably attired in loose or stretchy clothing
What to bring:
Pilates mat, towel and water
