The presentation will introduce the concept of an effectiveness decay analysis approach as a framework for reviewing several health innovations in infectious diseases and their journey through the health system. Areas that will be addressed include health worker behaviour and motivation, patient behaviour including adherence, supply chain and other aspects of the health system building blocks.

Drawing form her own experiences in health systems in various countries, Maxine will then look at e-health innovations to support home based care and what could be learnt about the approaches to introducing these “technologies” for maximum benefit and effectiveness.

This event is a part of the Good Science = Great Business 2018 Festival organised by Australian High Commission in Singapore. James Cook University is a Platinum Sponsor.
