Executive Chef, Joseph Sergentakis, who has been spearheading Cé La Vi’s new culinary direction, has been awarded Asian Cuisine Chef of The Year from the World Gourmet Summit’s Awards of Excellence (AOE) 2018.
Following this distinguished global achievement, Chef Joey will be presenting his interpretation of Modern Asian cuisine for The World Gourmet Summit (WGS) 2018. Cé La Vi is presenting a Lunch Set Menu during WGS, running from the 17th to the 29th of April 2018.
The Lunch Set Menu allows guests the choice of three exceptional starters; Tasmanian Salmon Tartare, Mushroom Tom Yum Soup or Banana Blossom Salad and a choice of three mains; Roasted Thai Eggplant in Coconut Green Curry, Tamarind Glazed Grilled Sea Bream or Braised Wagyu Beef Rendang. The exciting lunchtime spread is complemented by two innovative dessert options, the Mango Lassi Cotton Cheesecake or the Guanaja Chocolate Soufflé Tart.
