"Taste of JW" will launch its biggest event to date in Singapore by presenting "Taste the Moment". This distinctive culinary festival will feature six world-class chefs from across Asia Pacific and expert partners sharing their passions through a curated collection of extraordinary dining experiences, masterclasses and workshops designed to surprise and delight at every moment.

"Taste the Moment' is the culmination of previous chapters of the campaign held at the group's hotels and resorts across Asia, including Beijing, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul and Phuket. Singapore has been chosen as the host for this inaugural festival for its vibrant dining landscape and elevated culinary appreciation.

Journey through the imaginations of internationally acclaimed JW Marriott chefs Chef Thomas Liang (JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou), Chef Pieter Fitz-Dreyer (JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong), and Chef Chotiphat Laisuwan (JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok), as they present a unique five-course supper experience. Interactive and stimulating all five senses, the supper incorporates visual storytelling, performances, and music. Explore and be inspired by the versatility and craft of cuisine through this immersive dinner where cuisine means creativity and technology.

Masterclasses & Workshops

Come curious and ready to play at one of the workshop and masterclass experiences designed to leave you richer than when you arrived.

Each masterclass is hosted by an international chef. Unearth the origins of truffles at "For the Love of Truffles", presented by Chef Stefano Di Salvo (JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach), as he demonstrates how this ingredient can transform a dish from good to extraordinary. At the "Nourish to Flourish" masterclass, Chef Sidharth Bhardwaj (JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, India), will share his passion for eating well and how to dishes that deliver nutritional benefits with big flavor. Be the first to taste the delightful flavors of Phu Quoc at the "Hidden Island Delights" masterclass, where Chef Muhammad Mutjahid Ahmad (JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa, Vietnam) will guide you through a culinary journey inspired by this emerging Southeast Asian hot spot.

Be immersed in the multisensorial experience of "Sound Bites" workshop hosted by sound designer Sara Lenzi, where each carefully curated experiential zone highlights a different taste. Learn how to elevate your dishes to be balanced and beautiful through the principles of food plating at "The Art of Plating" masterclass. Or, learn how to master food photography at the "Camera Eats First" session, both led by food stylist and photographer Dionna Lee. Other interesting workshops include "Grape Expectations", where experts from Treasury Wine Estate will test your knowledge on the international wine rating system, while serving you their award-winning vintages. At "Inhale to Heal" by Aromatherapy Associates, discover how the power of scent can enhance your holistic well being.
