As an advocate for place-making, Tanjong Pagar Centre has rolled out a line-up of fitness events and music performances at the Urban Park since its opening in 2016. This August to November, TPC explores its grounds to bring together a fun, adventurous play area for children! Partnering with The Artground (TAG), parents can look forward to a range of interactive art installations that are suitable for children aged 12 and below.

Designed by Daiya Aida from Japan and commissioned by TAG, the play area emphasises on spontaneous, creative self-directed play, where children can explore and discover their own forms of “play”. Through this, children are encouraged to practice and advance on their motor skills. The art installations include Wave Structure, Climbing Dome, Big Slide, Mini Platform and Mini Tunnel. With plenty of slopes, surface and tunnels, children can enjoy a thrilling play experience as they climb through, over and under freely.
