Join George Anthony and Amanda Ling to broaden and deepen our practice with an experience that will leave us feeling recharged and relaxed!

Journey inwards through this all-rounded yogic experience of physical and mindful practice to spark our energetic flow while grounding and centering ourselves. Through this specially designed workshop that aims to connect us deeply to our inner consciousness, we get a clearer picture of how yoga as a holistic practice, can help us restore balance, cultivate our minds & bodies to re-fuel our sense of purpose in life.

From Movement to Stillness – Exploring Yin & Yang (Day 1)

11am to 1:30pm: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Push and challenge yourself under George’s guidance in this session. As we work on the physical body through breathing techniques, muscle and joint isolation, we move through full body dynamic vinyasa movements to the rhythm of our deep breathing to further relax and calm our minds. Stay present and get alive with this activating yang practice.

3pm to 5:30pm: Yin Stretches & Breathwork

Welcome to the experience of moving into stillness. In this session, we find release and space in our body with passive yin stretches and restorative breathwork. Each stretch sends energetic benefits into our joints, tissues, and nervous system, even in stillness. In combination with regular movement arts, Yin is a deeply therapeutic opportunity for the body & mind to heal and harmonize.

From Sound to Silence – Meditation Arts (Day 2)

2pm to 5pm: Journey of Internalization

Join us on a journey of going deeper into the self through meditative techniques using sound. Using pranayama, kirtan, and nada yoga, we ease ourselves into a relaxed state of mind. Using the power of our voices and sounds, we stabilise the thoughts that are constantly running in and out of our minds. Let the grounding waves and vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls wash over our minds and consciousness as we make the gradual shift from sound to silence and stillness.

About the teachers:

George Anthony is a yoga teacher trainer, singing bowl and sound yoga practitioner, and sacred geometry enthusiast. George realized through yoga practice that life is deep, rich, and full of meaning. He encourages and leads others to explore this rich inner experience of themselves and connections with life in general. His warm-hearted nature and sincere devotion to yoga promotes an atmosphere of peace and presence.

Amanda Ling is a hatha yoga teacher, singing bowl practitioner and a musician/ DJ. She advocates the practice of yoga to empower others to live to their fullest. She creates and ensures a safe, nurturing and sustainable practice environment through the grounded approach of facilitating a mind-body connection yogic practice in her classes. She seeks to share the healing and therapeutic wonders of a yoga practice together with the ancient art of sound therapy through Tibetan Singing Bowls. This powerful combination serves to promote and integrate the body's natural healing abilities in restoring itself to harmony.
