In celebration of Father’s Day, 17th June, iconic rooftop destination Cé La Vi and Johnnie Walker Blue Label raise a toast to the men who taught us to walk, and continue to inspire us to keep walking.

Exclusively for Father’s Day, Cé La Vi will offer guests a chance to treat their dads to an immersive Modern Asian dining experience paired with JW Blue Label whisky, and complete with the ultimate gift of personalized expression. Guests purchasing a bottle of Blue Label on the day will receive a pair of limited JW crystal whisky glasses that can be custom engraved on-site with a personalized message—making it a one-of-a-kind gift to be treasured.

Cé La Vi will showcase an innovative 3-course lunch and 4-course dinner menu, specially curated by Executive Chef, Joseph Sergentakis. The menu will feature Seared Hokkaido Scallops with Pickled Wasabi Relish, Big Eye Tuna Tartare with Lemongrass, Roasted Black Angus Hanger Steak with Sour Spicy Chili Glaze and Orange Citrus and White Chocolate Gateaux for the perfect sweet ending.

Making the occasion more memorable, Cé La Vi will offer three special Johnnie Walker Blue Label Father’s Day signature cocktails, which will come with a complimentary serve to savor with Dad.

The uniquely crafted cocktails include:

Blue Mizuwari, a refreshing highball consisting of JW Blue Label and green tea reduction, garnished with a dehydrated orange wheel and rose petal—perfect for entertaining the man who always brings a smile to your face.

Blue Fashioned, a deep, complex drink made up of JW Blue Label, elderflower liqueur, chrysanthemum syrup and fresh lemon juice—a distinctive cocktail, which is foolproof for the philosophical dad who always seems to have a witty answer to any challenging question.

Blue Crusta, a reinvented classic, made up of JW Blue Label, Cointreau and homemade cinnamon syrup, offering bittersweet notes of orange, raisins and spices.
