Spend a Saturday full of triple fun with Ding Dong!

This March, Amoy Street's playful gem of mod-Asian cuisine Ding Dong introduces an exciting brunch experience – Ding Dong Weekender: Brunch, Beats and Beyond! Enjoy a five-course brunch menu of delectable mod-Sin dishes, including the refreshing Miso salmon gravadlax, ikura shoyu, yuzu sorbet; the Red snapper, green curry, and white clam, comforting to your palate and ending off with the dessert, Black sesame brownie, crispy tahini sponge, mandarin sorbet. Priced at S$100++, the five-course brunch menu also consists of a 90min-free flow on a selection of drinks, including signature slushie cocktail, Ding Dong Daiquiri, prosecco and beer.

Accompanying your dining experience will be music by a live DJ, guaranteed to get the brunch party started. Between each meal, why not partake in some retail therapy? Partners such as Louise Hill Design will be on ground offering up an eclectic mix of knick-knacks, prints and designs for sale; for the fashionistas, Australian high-street chic fashion retailer theWYLDshop will be displaying a variety of brands ranging from grungy punk coordinates to statement piece jewellery.

Ding Dong Weekender: Brunch, Beats and Beyond will be happening every third Saturday of the month.
