Mike finds himself in a small room with some other people. Mike realises he knows nothing about the room and why he is there. Mike wants out, but there aren’t any doors. Mike is told that maybe some people stay here forever, and that waiting is all he can do. All Mike wants to know is this—why is he in the Transition Room?
The Transition Room is a new play by Stanley Seah, reflecting the absurdist nature of the world we are living in. The journey of Mike in the play explores the balance of life and death, the choices we make and the questions we always wanted answers to. Join us for this dramatised reading as we push the boundaries of the theatrical experience to the limits.
