Looking at Singapore’s Films “Through Stranger Eyes” at State of Motion 2017.

From 6 January-5 February, 5 selected films will be screened at the Plaza Atrium of the National Library Building as we delve into the history of local cinema to explore its film locations and the nation’s mutability through the eyes of foreigners.
