Then we have the solution! It’s called Mindful Laughter Wellness.
It’s the perfect way to laugh and exercise at the same time as it relies on deep energetic breathing we naturally experience when we laugh. All that is required is a gentle willingness to let go and embrace playfulness.
Laughter promotes a healthy heart, strengthens your immune system, reduce your sugar and stress levels. It even burns calories!
Intrigued? Come join us for an energizing, yet relaxing evening of joy and mindfulness. In this session we will explore the theory of laughter wellness and mindfulness, experience the theory for ourselves. Jane uses laughter in workshops, in theatre, as a personal practice and as a way to relax and connect people.
No special clothing is required and almost anyone of any fitness level can take part. You don’t need to practice yoga – no poses or asanas are involved. Just a few good old stretches, along with energetic laughter exercises. Yes, it is as simple as that!
