Feel like the workload creeping up on you is depriving you of some exercise in your lifestyle? Come join us in our bi-weekly running session led by ex-National Athlete Coach Loh Guo Pei! Held every alternate Tuesdays, Coach Guo Pei will be leading different exercise regimens, perfect in helping you start or improve on your own!
Starting off with 5km runs and ending off with circuit and high-intensity interval trainings (HIIT), you can expect to see yourself getting fitter in no time! What’s more, everything is free of charge, and we also have interesting activities like friendly NERF games from time to time as well! Complimentary New Balance Running Club tee shirts will also be provided on your second session.
