Get Mindful and Let Go with Laughing Yoga

Do you want to increase your performance at work and be less stressed?
Do you want to get more energy, be motivated, and dissolve your difficulties?
Are you curious to hear about how to unwind and find that sweet spot where you're relaxed, at ease yet still nicely focused and energised?
Then we have the solution! It’s called Mindful Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga is so called as it relies on deep energetic breathing we naturally experience when we laugh. All that is required is a gentle willingness to let go and embrace playfulness.

In this session, we will explore the theory of laughter yoga and mindfulness, put it all dynamically together and experience the theory for ourselves.

No special clothing is required and almost anyone of any fitness level can take part. You don’t need to practice yoga – no poses or asanas are involved. Just a few good old stretches, along with energetic laughter exercises. Yes, it is as simple as that!

About the Speaker - Jane Grafton

Jane Grafton is a Mindfulness Coach and Trainer with over 24 years of experience. She has worked with workplace mindfulness since 2003. She is British, has been based in Singapore since 2000, and has coached a wide range of nationalities and professions in Asia Pacific, USA, South Africa, India, Europe and UK.

Jane completed coach certification training at both Georgetown University in Washington DC and Results Coaching in Singapore. She holds a MBA, a Certificate in Neuroleadership, and is accredited in MBTI, Firo-B and TMS. In 1991, she was awarded the MBE for Leadership Development in the British Army.

On a personal note, Jane enjoys keeping fit, chi kung, cycling, running, comedy, acting, laughter yoga, Iyengar yoga, and meditation. She does voluntary work with the RSPCA, cancer support, Eckhart Tolle Group Singapore, and the Mindfulness Professionals Network Singapore.

Guests, who are women over the age of 21, are welcome to attend this event.
