This solo exhibition will featured Komkrit clever and witty used of everyday objects, combined with his exceptional sculpturing skill to create works of art that questions and challenges the audience’s view, experience and memories on the value and the significance from the historical cultures and beliefs to historical buildings and objects. This exhibition serves as an informative tool and historical record on a myriad of events and important local wisdom seen in different era, to modern time.
This series of artworks present mainly Buddha and other deity images; how the image changes according to the conditions of the era and various factors that affecting it. This series of artworks also present history of the images, overlapping with faith, colonization of historical objects, problem with trading of historical objects and the contemporary views of historical objects.
