At this panel discussion, we will hear from four inspirational women who are leading the way in AI, insurance and mobility about their views on the importance of gender diverse leadership in creating smarter, data-led, people-centric cities. Opening remarks will be made by Laura Green Wilkinson, Head of Advocacy for Female Founders, and Director for Marketing and Communications for Dentsu Aegis Network.

About The Panelists:

Ayesha Khanna
Ayesha is CEO and Co-Founder of ADDO AI, an artificial intelligence advisory firm and incubator that helps companies to innovate, optimize and grow. She advises companies and governments on smart cities, future skills, fintech, and other emerging industries. Ayesha spent more than a decade on Wall Street advising product innovation teams developing large scale trading, risk management and data analytics systems.

Previously, she served as CEO of The Keys Global, an innovative education hub that matched students with leading companies to apply their skills in coding, robotics, and 3D printing. Ayesha also served on the Singapore Ministry of Education’s Steering Committee on future skills and applied learning, advocating greater integration between academia and industry to drive innovation.
Ayesha has a BA in Economics from Harvard University, an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University and is completing her PhD on smart city infrastructures at the London School of Economics.

Jessika Lora
Jessika is Founder and CEO of CarForce. Born to an avid collector of 1960s Mustangs, Jessika Lora also grew up to be a car enthusiast like her father. Later in life, she discovered her latent passion for big data trends and pursued a Masters in decision theory and predictive analytics. She eventually founded CarForce, a technology that provides American dealerships with real-time updates on the condition of their customers’ vehicles. CarForce enhances customer service and aims to increase customer retention revenue for car dealers.

Celine Heissat Le Cotonnec
Celine Le Cotonnec is Chief Data Officer for AXA, Singapore. Handling Business Intelligence, Big Data/Analytics and Innovation, she is leading the teams on data management, transformation and reporting as well as running big data projects & setting up partnerships with startups, fintech, and other data companies.

Prior to AXA, Celine was Head of Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for PSA Peugeot Citroen Asian Direction in Shanghai where her mission was to define innovative user experience while developing new business models on connected cars data.

Before Singapore, Celine lived in China for more than ten years and still speaks fluent Mandarin. She graduated from an International Business Master Degree from EM Lyon business School/Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou as well as an Executive MBA of the European Institute of Purchasing Management.

About the moderator:

Kelly Yau
Kelly is the Innovation Manager at Infiniti Motor Company Ltd. She is responsible for Infiniti's entrepreneurship programs: Infiniti Lab.

The Infiniti Lab is a startup Accelerator and, together with a close knit community of thought leaders and high-potential startups, empowers entrepreneurs to turn ideas into possible business opportunities. Kelly leads Infiniti Lab’s work with mature startups (Late Seed to Series B stage companies) to help them grow their business and secure innovation projects with Infiniti and the Nissan-Renault Alliance.

As part of Infiniti Lab, Kelly also leads Infiniti’s internal staff “Intrapreneur” program that helps staff develop innovative ideas to grow the Infiniti business. The Intrapreneur program provides 1:1 mentorship and best practices from Agile Business for staff members to grow their ideas.
