Convergence is a global community exploring and enabling the convergence of blockchains and other decentralisation technologies with artificial intelligence, autonomous robotics, the Internet of Things, 3D printing, & blended realities.

This event will explore how convergence will impact, transform and disrupt the Logistics & Trade Industries.

As well as bringing you an international conversation on what is happening outside Singapore we will be gathering the latest developments in Singapore to feed back to Europe.

Jamie Burke (@jamie247) is CEO of Outlier Ventures & Outlier Capital LLP.

Jamie is focused on exploring immediate and tangible applications of blockchain technologies to improve market efficiencies but also the future horizon of blockchain enabled convergence in AI, AR / VR, IoT and 3D printing.

He also founded the largest professional blockchain investor network Blockchain Angels ( . With 1,000 angels, family offices, VCs and corporate investors they have delivered $20m in early stage investment and partnerships.

Professor David Lee Kuo Chuen, Visiting Fulbright Scholar (2015) at Stanford University and Professor, SUSS

Prof David Lee Kuo Chuen, founder of several companies including Left Coast, LiBai. He is the founding investor in ZCash, Qtum and a few other blockchain companies and cryptocurrency.

David Moskowitz, CEO and Co-founder, Attores

David is a well known expert in the blockchain space, working in the industry since 2013, and selling his bitcoin brokerage in 2015. David is now a cofounder and CEO of the Smart Contract and Blockchain startup Attores.

Simon JD Schillebeeckx, Assistant Professor of Strategic Management, Singapore Management University.

Simon holds a PhD in innovation from Imperial College London. His areas of expertise consist of disruption and distribution of value in complex ecosystems. Amongst others he studies blockchain as an emergent ecosystem and how natural resource scarcity influence corporate decision-making. Before starting his academic career, Simon worked as a consultant on the cross-section of innovation and sustainability in Belgium, his home country.
