In partnership with Urban Remedy and TomTom, Blackmores has tailored a workshop where you can learn how to improve the quality of your running and engage the internal switches that allow you to effectively generate energy from fat. Leading the session is head coach and founder of Coached, Ben Pulham, who represented New Zealand at various international running and triathlon events.

Coach/Trainer – Ben Pullham
Ben Pulham is the founder of Coached, a heart rate training programme that helps you optimise, track and enjoy your training. A former elite triathlete who has represented New Zealand at Triathlon World Championships, World Cups and in the Olympic Trials, Ben is a sought after endurance coach who has worked with thousands of athletes and many global brands including Under Armour, Nike, P&G, Apple, Standard Chartered, Facebook, Cisco and BMW.

Naturopath – Ms Chua Kay Tse

Ms Chua Kay Tse is a qualified Naturopath, Health Educator, Nutritionist and Iridologist. For seventeen years, she has been extensively involved in naturopathy and has been actively pursuing in-depth natural health studies for the past decade in both the United States and in Australia. She obtained her training and qualifications in the United States in Doctor of Naturopathy (ND), Master Iridologist (MI), Master in Herbology (MH) and obtained highest honours in Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition. She was also trained and certified in Australia by Blackmores Institute in Evidence-based Complementary Medicine as a certified health education trainer and by The College of Iridology Research Integrated Subjects (IRIS) in Integrated Iridology, clinical Iridology practice.She is the first and only Singaporean trained and certified as Instructor and Designation Certified Iridologist in the United States in Comprehensive Iridology™ by the International Iridology Practitioners Association (IIPA) and by The Natural Associations of Certified Natural Health Professionals (CNHP) in Nutrition, Body Systems, Iridology I, II and Body Work. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Natural Health Science/Natural Medicine.

Being a Singaporean, her approach to wellness incorporates values from both the east and west that is natural, evidencebased, practical and holistic to promote an all-rounded approach to healthcare.
