Enjoy an indojazz music concert by the Vasantham Boys, who will be performing jazz interpretations of music by renowned Indian pop music composers from Indian movies, such as MS Viswanathan, Ilayaraja, AR Rahman, RD Burman and Shankar Jaikishan, as well as original songs from their albums Breakthro and Karupayee.

Brought to you by Mohamed Raffee and the Vasantham Boys, the performance will also feature Latin/world percussionist Joe Jayaveeran, acclaimed flautist Sesatre Bansuri together with Maheswari Rani on vocals.

Programme is in English and Tamil.

About Mohamed Raffee and Vasantham Boys:
Mohamed Raffee and Vasantham Boys have been a strong band with positive influence on youths and music lovers since the mid-1970s till today. Having started out as young schoolboys in a band, they have become accomplished musicians, having performed on television, at numerous concerts and also on movie soundtracks in the Indian film industry. They are also the only professional Indian pop, rock, funk and fusion band in Singapore with a strong following for the last 40 years.
