The Art-Trepreneur is a creativity-focused course which combines entrepreneurial training with the practical skills in art-making. During the 1-day course, students will learn to create artworks under the guidance of an art instructor, specifically employing the basic technique of print-making together with painting. For the theory lesson segment, they will learn basic business principles and wrap up the class with a hands-on experience of selling their artworks at the mini-market fair to be held at the premises of a shopping mall.

Apart from teaching the students to be aspiring "artists who market their own artworks", the course is also aimed at encouraging family-bonding between parents and their participating children as parents are allowed to partake in the mini-market fair by way of supporting their kids in setting up their "gallery" or to buy what their children have created.

*All materials for the practical & theory lessons are provided and parents can join in for the mini-market fair at no extra charge

4pm-6m - "Open for Business" - preparation & selling artworks at Paya Lebar Square shopping mall
