Workout Schedule:

Session 1 - 6:30pm to 7:30pm - BarreAmped Bootcamp, Mixed Levels
Session 2 - 7:30pm to 8:30pm - Barre+Yoga, Mixed Levels

Note to participants

Please note that the exercises of both sessions are similar, and we strongly encourage participants to select only one session so that others can have the opportunity to experience the workout!

Kindly bring your own yoga mat.


BareAmped Bootcamp (6:30pm–7:30pm)

This mixed levels class uses the foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals (1–2 minutes long). This program relies on high-intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training, making it suitable for all fitness levels. BarreAmped Bootcamp will shake up your workout! This class is the most fun & effective way to burn fat, lose weight and change your body.

Barre and Yoga (7:30pm–8:30pm)

The best of both worlds! Combining high-energy barre & restorative yoga. Pure bliss! Expect a challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energised.
