Inspired by the New Orleans experience of a community cook-out, this event will see most of all our chef-owners rolling out new grilled and fried food items or offering special promotions on their current menu items. We are combining the modern Singaporean love for fried food items together with a night of great classic blues, rock, and soul music from Raw Earth. In addition to the music, Lindy Hoppers from House of Timbre's Lindy Live program will be conducting beginner Lindy Hop classes in between the live music sets.
