Chef Patissier Antonio Benites’ from Joël Robuchon Restaurant will introduce his French-inspired mooncake creations where each box features the restaurant’s signature trio of exquisite Snow Skin Mooncake flavours including Champagne Ganache, Salted Caramel and Raspberry Ganache Snow Skin Mooncakes. The Champagne Ganache Snow Skin Mooncake tantalises the palate with the smooth and luxurious taste of bubbly; the Salted Caramel Snow Skin Mooncake provides a perfect balance between sweet and savoury with a velvety heart of melting salted caramel; and the Raspberry Ganache Snow Skin Mooncake features the creamiest ganache laced with fresh raspberry puree encased in the light white lotus paste.
