As everyone's favourite modern Southeast Asian restaurant Ding Dong prepares to bid farewell to Ann Siang Rd, guests can look forward to its upcoming Gastro Wanderlust event, happening on Monday, 30 May 2016.
This time, Ding Dong's Gastro Wanderlust transports diners to the wonderfully bustling streets of colourful Thailand. Chef Jet Lo puts his spin on familiar Thai street food, offering up five dishes, including Hamachi Sashimi with Crispy Fish, Pickled Mango and Betel Leaf, Thai Basil Quail with Crispy Garlic, Crispy Iberico Pork Belly with Quinoa served Thai pineapple fried rice-style, accompanied by spicy pomelo salad. Five cocktails, specially concocted to pair each dish, will guarantee a gastronomical adventure of Thailand's incredible culture. Join us for our last hurrah before we settle in at Amoy St!
