After six successful runs in Singapore and another in London, the Art Apart Fair returns from 22nd to 24th January 2016 for its 7th Edition in Singapore!

Held once again at Parkroyal on Pickering Hotel, this contemporary art fair will shine its spotlight on local artists working in myriad different styles, mediums, and forms of art. As an art fair set in a hotel, the rooms become the mirror for each visitor’s personal living space, inspiring them to imagine how the artworks on the walls could exist within the context of their own homes, rather than simply viewing the work in an abstract, contextless white void, as in the typical white cube gallery. Artwork by fashion designers and artisan shoemakers, as well as books by local authors will be featured alongside paintings and installations by over 40 Singapore-based artists. The Presidential Suite, this year themed "Mosaic", is curated by Fair Director Rosalind Lim, Daniela Beltrani, and Benny Ong.

Other participating artists and galleries hail from Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Iceland, America, and France, resulting in a truly eclectic mix.

A segment of our exhibition will be dedicated to budding Singapore-based artists in particular - 12 final-year students from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) will exhibit their works and learn more about the commercial art world under the mentorship of Rosalind Lim and Benny Ong.

Our "Adopt an Artist" campaign will also continue to be highlighted.

In total, Art Apart Fair 7th Edition will see the participation of more than 100 emerging and mid-career artists from all around the world. Expect to see more than 1000 different artworks on the 14th floor or PARKROYAL on Pickering, transformed into an eclectic artist's dreamscape for the Fair.
