ChateauAsia has been well-known for its wine and champagne events and the good news is that we are celebrating Cognac with an appreciation class led by a high ranking mixologist in Asia, Russell Cardoza.

Cognac is until today handcrafted with immense savior-faire and precision, Cared for from the vineyard to the ageing cellar, Cognac is the result of hardwork and love that is blended by dedicated artisans, who then decide which Cognac is to be aged into which variant like VSOP and XO.

During the event, guests will be served with variety of Hennessy Cognac, such as those mentioned above. Russell Cardoza, ranked among Asia's top bartenders, will impart a few Cognac cocktail recipes, which can be easily replicated by the guests in the comfort of their own home.

Guests can also look forward to specially prepared prepared sumptuous meals like duck confit, melted brie, baba ganoush, salmon tartare, butternut pumpkin, sweet tarts and chocolate desserts which are best paired with the types of Cognac.

A cosy place of the bar will be specially catered for this event and guest will be able to thoroughly enjoy the moment.
