Interested in learning using yoga for stress management, anger management, increasing compassion and sensitivity? In this yoga course, besides the usual asanas (physical postures) practice, we will include additional discussions on the application of yoga teachings in daily life to the answers.
What we will discuss on will be the teachings and philosophy of Yoga Sutras. Essentially, it means there will be discussion on techniques for mindfulness, methodology to incorporate awareness into asana practice, ethics and ways to build an internal pillar of strength.
