Mr. Chris Kinvig of Lean6 Sigma Ltd from the UK will be visiting Singapore from 25-28 May 2015 (Monday to Thursday) to conduct a 4 day training on Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) at the British Chamber of Commerce Cognita Board Room.

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a set of tools and techniques for process efficiency. It prepares senior management staff to tackle issues such as increasing productivity and efficiency with the intent of reducing cost.

Mr. Chris Kinvig, a senior LSS consultant with 15 years’ international experience in implementing LSS in a corporate setting, will be bringing industry insights and personal operational experiences to this training session.

Chris will be focusing on the ‘how’ and not the ‘why’ when dealing with issues. This ensures that the training is task-oriented and practical instead of theoretical and technical.

We would like to invite you and/or your staff to attend this 4 day training course which is designed to accommodate to the needs of senior management staff.

Upon successful completion of the course, attendees will receive a certificate of attendance which is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK.

What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma brings together two important principles – 1) Lean enterprise considers that expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of end customer value is wasteful and should be eliminated and 2) Six Sigma is a set of tools and techniques to drive quality improvements – it ensures that one is aware of the entire process and all possibilities are closed off.

Lean Six Sigma ensures that the gap of understanding between process improvements and financial results is bridged and empowers employees to think along the lines of cost savings and productivity management. This is applicable to employees across all industries.
