Join us for 4 different sessions of Forrest Yoga blended with Essential Oils! Awaken your senses through carefully selected Young Living Essential Oils and focus on exploring different themes each week. Connect with your body and go on an inward journey.
Each session incorporates 30min introduction to Young Living Essential Oils (except the first session with 1hr introduction) and 60mins Forrest Yoga practice with the specific Essential Oils.
12th Sep, Sat: Build your core and love your body (2-4pm)
19th Sep, Sat: Hamstrings, quads & feet, balancing in motion (2-3.30pm)
10th Oct, Sat: Therapeutic back bends for strengthening support (2-3.30pm)
17th Oct, Sat: Seeing the world differently – basics of inversions (2-3.30pm)
