Marketing is an important tool for growing a business, no matter its size. With the importance of digital marketing today, many businesses need to develop their digital strategies and improve their use of digital marketing tools.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how businesses can successfully reach customers through digital marketing. Starting from the ground up, the workshop will cover the marketing channels and tools available to companies, how they can be used and how they all come together in one cohesive strategy.

• Email strategy and optimizing your email marketing
• Find out how to use content marketing more strategically
• Social Media – looking at the social media landscape and how to optimize and use social media beyond outreach
• Ecommerce – a quick look at selling online
• Measuring your efforts in digital

Day 2
Session 4: Developing a marketing plan
• Understand how to use the powerful and simple SOSTAC marketing planning process

Group Exercise: developing a digital strategy for your business

Session 5: Building an effective omni-channel digital strategy
• Know how to pull together an omni-channel strategy
• Work out how to focus your strategy on your key business objectives

Session 6: Planning for digital disruption - the future of digital marketing
• Become smarter on how to manage change in business
• Get better at planning for the future by anticipating change by correctly reading disruption signals
