Dr Huang believes that health is a result of living in harmony with the rhythms of Nature. Poor Diet, stressful lifestyles, negative emotions, and stagnant emotions associated with past traumas can disrupt this harmony and result in build-up of disease causing toxins in our body. By learning to obey the laws of Nature, our pains can be healed, our health restored. And we regain our childlike nature, happiness, and joy.
