Whether you are a rookie or experienced player, the most important skill in squash is to have your Grip-Position-Swing (G.P.S) working.

Without a fine-tuned G.P.S, you cannot play a good game of squash and you run the risk of injuring yourself. I am the living proof.

I am a professional coach and player. I was the 1998 Nike World Masters Games Glad Medalist, 6 times Club Veterans Champions and 8 times Singapore National Veterans Champion.

After playing squash competitively for close to 50 years (I'™m a retiree now), I do not have any major injuries.

Join me in this 2-hour class where you'll be introduced to the intense game of squash. This hands-on session comprises of heart-pounding cardio moves, skill-building exercises, and technique practice.

At the end of this class, you will learn how to grip the racket properly while hitting the ball correctly with proper footwork.
