The Kolacny brothers, Steven and Stijn, teamed up together with Scala, an all-girl choir group, to make up this unique indie-rock choir ensemble. First formed in 1996 and after having won the Belgian 'Choir of the Year' contest in 2000, they went on to make five studio albums. Their unique take and arrangement of songs by well-known musicians and bands makes listening to this choir a most enjoyable, and for some, transcendental experience. In 2010, their beautiful rendition of "Creep" by Radiohead was picked up for The Social Network movie trailer. The movie and the song went on to become a huge global hit. The choir’s interpretation of 'Creep' became a major Internet sensation.

In 2011, The Scala & Kolacny Brothers Choir exploded onto the scene with tours in the United States and Canada. This was followed by a sold-out show in London. What started out as a simple request to use their music for a movie trailer has resulted in the choir gaining international recognition.

Besides "Creep", their album includes versions of "Use Somebody" (Kings of Leon), "Everlong" (Foo Fighters), "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (Nirvana), "Champagne Supernova" (Oasis), "With or Without You" (U2), "Nothing Else Matters" (Metallica),' and more. Their original compositions are as genuine and beautiful to listen to as well.

The delicate entwinement of classical music and rock can easily go very wrong if not done precisely right. The Scala & Kolacny Brothers Choir have, however, done it and done it extremely well. The all-girl choir coupled with Steven Kolacny on the piano and conducted by Stijn Kolacny has defied logic by producing heavenly and melodic songs from popular music of today.

Listening to them will make your heart sing and cry at the same time. Feel the vibrations of your soul from Rock's Heavenly Choir.

What better way to experience this haunting and beautiful experience than to see it live.
