Singapore, 26 August – A showcase of bold new urban concepts for the future, featuring research, planning and design projects for various sites like Ophir-Rochor and Punggol in Singapore and Surabaya, goes on public display at the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) Centre Atrium from September 12 - October 8, 2014.

Titled ‘RE:IMAGINING CITIES – Urban Design Research in Singapore’, the exhibition brings together, for the first time, two internationally renowned urban design institutions: Future Cities Laboratory, a leading research programme of the Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC) for Global Environmental Sustainability, which is a collaboration between the National Research Foundation (NRF) and ETH Zurich and is part of the CREATE Campus; and the City Form Lab from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), partnered with the School of Architecture & Planning at MIT.
