Praying for rain? Local bands Basement In My Loft and The Powderfuls invite you to Hard Rock Cafe to a dry t-shirt event, Let It Rain!, a thirsty night of rock with the hope of rain in many parts of Singapore when the last note of the evening is played.
Welsh singer-songwriter Adrian Jones of Basement In My Loft, left Singapore 18 months ago after 11 rocking years in the Lion City. Let It Rain! will be Adrian's last leg of a 2-week gig marathon with bandmates Zhong Ren Koh and Dzaf Dzefro. The show will be opened by The Powderfuls, a local pop-rock band with ambitions to squeeze drops of rain from the sky with their heartfelt songs about love and life.

Basement In My Loft band bio:
Basement In My Loft is a power trio with gritty melodic tunes & thought-provoking lyrics.
debut 12 track album 'See The Rhyme In The Dirt & Grime' released in Summer of 2010. Second album released June 2012, together with a live studio album, with one-take live songs of the first album.
The BIML sound is unmistakenly influenced by the likes of Neil Young & Crazyhorse, JAMC, Pixies, Nirvana, Manic Street Preachers, Nick Drake, and the live performance possesses a unique intensity.

The Powderfuls bio:
The Powderfuls sing beautiful pop-rock songs about love and the end of the world. Their melodies are inspired by scissor-cut curry rice, egg thosai, prawn hokkien mee and the assorted rock stars of people's park food centre.
