A four hands culinary workshop showcasing “Classics Vs Modern” cooking methods by Masterchef Arron Huang from Taiwan, and Award winning Chef Yong Bing Ngen of Majestic Restaurant. These talents of the Asian Cuisine food scene will showcase an interactive masterclass using traditional Chinese herbs to create modern, mouthwatering Chinese dishes and inspire a new generation on how to incorporate traditional Chinese ingredients into modern day cooking.
