Bustan

Bustan is a new initiative by MHC in collaboration with NUS Department of Malay Studies focusing on Malay literature (Sastera), its values and roles in nation building and the construction of the modern Malay identity. In order to get a broad perspective on the differentroles of literature has played throughout Malay history, Bustan will invite speakers from Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

*All programmes are free but admission charges to the permanent galleries may apply to international visitors. Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) enjoy free admission to the Malay Heritage Centre.
