Michael Franzese, a motivational speaker, producer and author today, is a former New York Mafia boss and a captain of Colombo crime family. He is the youngest man on Fortune Magazine's 'The 50 Wealthiest and Most Powerful Mob Bosses in America' list, ranking at number 18. What's more newsworthy today is out of the 50, 44 of them are dead, 3 are serving life in prison, 2 are unaccounted for, but Michael is still surviving.

The mob was Michael's life until he met his wife Camille Garcia, a devout Christian. With power of love, Michael pled guilty on racketeering charges and accepted a 10-year prison sentence. While in prison, he discovered Bible and decided to quit the mob. There's an old saying that the only way to leave the Mafia was in a coffin, however Michael is the only high-ranking mob official to publicly walk away from organized crime, refuse protective custody, and survive.

While on parole, Michael co-authored an autobiography, Quitting the Mob, discussing his criminal activities. He also wrote 'Blood Covenant' and recently completed, I'll Make You An Offer You Can't Refuse, applying what he learned in the mob to the business world - legally.

Michael's captivating story has been featured on CNN, Fox News and Nat Geo, to name a few. He was also featured on History 2 Channel's The Definitive Guide To The Mob, whereby Michael gave people a look into his personal experiences in organized crime. His life story has been made into a film, God the Father, and is expected to be released in October 2014 in U.S.

Michael is now sharing his story and giving motivational speeches to youth groups, schools, churches, corporate executives and professional athletes. He will be in Singapore on 23 August to share about his life - How is it really like in the American mafia? How do you join and earn big bucks? And what happens when you get too involved? Audience will find out exactly how the mob works and most importantly, how Michael Franzese is still alive.
