9th iProperty.com International Property and Investment EXPO
Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia property developments among those featured

Singapore, 9 October 2014 – The iProperty International Property and Investment EXPO is set to take place on 25th and 26th October at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre. The 9th instalment of iProperty’s International Expo will feature selected projects and developments from across the region, including Malaysia, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia. The EXPO will also see a number of seminars by established industry experts.

“Our June EXPO saw strong interest in overseas investment opportunities, as well as the sale of units for a number of showcased developments. iProperty’s recent H2 2014 Asia Property Market Sentiment Report support this. We found that a majority of respondents made an international purchase through developer shows/ seminars/ exhibitions. The EXPO continues to be an essential platform for buyers who want to browse a variety of properties in a day and at the same time receive sound advice from property experts,” said Mr. Sean Tan, General Manager, iProperty.com Singapore.

Property developers at the EXPO include Bali Property Developments – Cocoon Lombok, Central Equity – Australis, Ciputra – Citra Land Megah Batam, Heights Holdings – Arcadia Beach Imperial, KL Metro – The Hibiscus, PT Pintang Berlian – Belitung Highland Resort, R&F – Princess Cove and UEM Land.

Mr. Oliver Nabarro, Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Heights Holdings said, “We saw good results at the last EXPO, exhibiting Arcadia Beach Resort Pattaya, which is now almost fully sold. We look forward to showcasing our next up and coming property – Arcadia Beach Imperial.”

The EXPO will also present a line-up of consultants and experts who will share market insights and trends in the region. Visitors will receive valuable tips from the Seminar Speaker series, with talks throughout the day covering topics such as property negotiation and referrals. Speakers include Mr. Khalil Adis, Founder of Khalil Adis Consultancy Pte Ltd and‎ Mr. Oommen Mathews, Chief Investment Officer of RBI Holding Pte Ltd. “Feng Shui Strategies for Property Investors” by Ms. Nancy Yeoh from Joey Yap Consulting Group, is expected to be a highlight. The first 50 registrants for the workshop will receive a complimentary personality profile report. Complimentary BaZi Chart printing and 10-minute personalised BaZi Express readings for attendees will also be made available at the EXPO.

“Singaporeans continue to look to overseas property for investment purposes. Iskandar Malaysia is a stronghold for local investors due to its affordability and proximity to Singapore,” continued Mr. Tan. Investors interested in Malaysian property can look forward to seminar topics such as, “How to Achieve More than 100% Return Investing in Iskandar Malaysia?” by Mr. Ryan Khoo, Founder of Alpha Marketing, and “Impact of High Speed Rail and RTS-MRT projects between Singapore and Iskandar Malaysia” by Mr. Khalil Adis.
