中国中央民族乐团驻团青年指挥刘沙继2008年后二度应邀到访，他将与本团两名演奏家曾志和许徽携手呈献一场丰富多彩的音乐会。以他细腻大气的指挥风格，观众势将可沉醉于古意幽幽的《大漠风尘》。荣获2011年新加坡国际华乐作曲大赛 “青年作曲家奖” 得奖者王东旭的竹笛协奏曲得奖作品《山谣随想》，也将于此音乐会演奏。

The Capriccio of the Mountain Folk Song

Young conductor-in-residence from the China National Orchestra, Liu Sha, returns to conduct the SCO, after his debut in 2008, for the second time. Liu Sha will lead the orchestra, with SCO guzheng musician Xu Hui and dizi musician Zeng Hui, to deliver a robust frontier-style performance. Xu Hui will play Mo Fan’s guzheng concerto Dust in the Desert while Zeng Zhi will play Wang Dong Xu’s The Capriccio of the Mountain Folk Song – the “Young Composer Award” winner of the Singapore International Competition for Chinese Orchestral Composition 2011.
