Savour blends a unique range of culinary experiences and offers a rare opportunity to engage with Michelin-star chefs, restaurant personalities, and produce craftsmen from around the world, all in the one location.

Once again, Savour will showcase the best of global cuisine, with over 60 signature dishes borne from the creative minds of some of the world’s best chefs, all priced between $6 to $18. Overseas celebrity chefs attending Savour 2013 include Mauro Colagreco of Mirazur in France (1 Michelin star, S.Pellegrino World’s 24th Best Restaurant 2012), Margot Janse of Le Quartier Francais in South Africa (S.Pellegrino World’s 57th Best Restaurant 2012) as well as Claude Bosi of Hibiscus in the UK (2 Michelin stars, S.Pellegrino World’s 94th Best Restaurant 2012)

The Gourmet Village, Savour's purpose-built outdoor venue, will play host to 18 award-winning restaurants, each presenting their signature creations. Visitors are free to wander from menu to menu, taking part in a tasting trail that could consist of a starter from Sweden, a main course from South Africa, and a traditional British dessert to finish. In 2013, enjoy these amazing cuisines in a brand new air-cooled dining pavilion, made available to all attendees.

Your Savour Premier Pass will also allow you access into the Savour Gourmet Market, which lays on a feast of quality produce from an array of artisan and specialty exhibitors. Explore the latest food trends from around the world, check out the latest kitchen equipment and gadgets, and bring home the finest wines. In addition, indulge in free activities ranging from chef master classes, wine appreciation sessions, baking classes and cocktail-making workshops.

Don’t miss this four-day gastronomic extravaganza! Tickets include Savour dollars, with the option to purchase additional dollars to be spent on-site.
